A stakeholder is a party that has an interest in a company and can either affect or be affected by the business. Who are you speaking to? And, who is listening? Great companies take a completely different approach and instead of being only customer-centric, they focus on being stakeholder-centric. Beyond great products or service, their culture is deeply rooted in building and maintaining long-term relationships with their stakeholders. By defining your stakeholders, you’ll know who, why, and when to communicate. You’ll walk away with a list, ranked by importance, and how/when to utilize this piece of your brand platform. ⠀⠀
