The Challenge

Eagle Valley Events was tasked with conceiving and launching a Fall event to harness a new demographic, enhance the Vail brand and feature current trends. With a saturated event calendar, they were charged with creating a fresh event that would attract Millennials.

The Solution

Eagle Valley Events invested in a Complete Brand Platform and strategic event marketing communications. With a small event production staff, Callosum brought a team of 18 to the project to deliver a project which included naming, research, marketing strategy, brand platform, sponsorship positioning, social channels, media/pr, event activation development and execution.

The Result

Top Shelf Harvest was a resounding success based on attendance volume, media coverage, and guest feedback. The client was applauded for creating an event that drew in the regional millennial generation while engaging the local community through event activation.
